Air Fries Sweet Potato Breakfast Salad

Using a saucepan, fill with water and bring to a boil.
In the meantime, cut sweet potatoes into wedges. Place in air fryer and drizzle 1 Tbls. of bone broth over potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 375 degrees for approximately 10 minutes (continuously shake the air fryer basket).
Meanwhile, warm a sauté pan with avocado oil and cook the organic baby portabella mushrooms and broccoli. Season with EBTBS (or your favorite seasonings).
Lastly, gently place a whole egg in the saucepan filled with boiling water. Set timer for 6:30 minutes. Once done, immediately place egg under running cold water. Peel immediately.
Place together on a bed of lettuce (your choice).
Serve and enjoy.
