Homemade Spaghetti over Cauliflower Noodles

In a large sauce pan, sweat out white onion, oregano, and basil with avocado oil.
Add 1 gallon of tomato sauce.
Add more basil, garlic powder, and oregano.
Let simmer for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add 1 lb. of sliced portabella mushrooms.
Add 3 tbls. of white sugar and 3/4 cup parmesan.
Let simmer for another 2 hours.
Cook cauliflower lentil pasta until done (or regular pasta if you prefer).
Serve and enjoy.
