Breakfast Cauliflower Pizza

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Meanwhile, dice 2 raw turkey bacon strips and sauté in a medium sized pan. Once fully cooked place on plate with a paper towel.
Take cauliflower pizza crust out of the package and layer it with your favorite ingredients.
I used fresh salsa in place of marinara, fresh spinach, and sliced portabella mushrooms.
Crack 2 eggs and separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. You only need to use the egg yolks with a small amount of egg whites (not the whole egg).
Top with cooked turkey bacon.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to desired consistency.
Top with diced red onion.
Serve and enjoy.
