Turkey Burger on Jalapeño Cauliflower Thins

Turkey Burger on Jalapeño Cauliflower Thins

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Use 1 lb. of turkey meat and mix it in a bowl with your favorite seasonings. I used garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form patties to the size of your liking.
Warm a pan with avocado oil. Cook the turkey patties in the pan until the inside reaches 165 degrees.
Slice portabella mushrooms and sauté them in a separate pan with avocado oil, fresh minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Bake 2 store bought cauliflower thins in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
Now it’s time to stack your burger.
Use one of the cauliflower thins. Spoon 1 tbls. avocado mayo, fresh Romain lettuce, sliced red onion, cooked turkey burger, 1 tbls. ketchup, sautéed mushrooms, fresh jalapeños, 1 tbls. mayo, and top with the last cauliflower thin.
Serve and enjoy.
