Pan Seared Sea Bass

Warm pan with avocado oil.
Season sea bass with salt, pepper, and chile lime seasoning.
Meanwhile, cut brussel sprouts in half and sauté in avocado oil with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Slice portabella mushrooms and sauté in avocado oil with fresh minced garlic, 1 tbls. of bone broth, salt, and pepper.
Once sea bass temps 145 degrees in the thickest part/cut of fish, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve and enjoy.
